Walco Systems offers quality engineered transport equipment for material handling. The modular design gives you the flexibility to accommodate your changing needs. Transports bases are available in sizes ranging from 24" to a 65". Walco dryer bases can accommodate different manufacturers dryers with our dryer mounts. The inkjet systems range from 1.5" to 6" of print. To complete your system, feeder stands, feeder cabinets and conveyors are available.

Complete Systems There are several different ways to build your systems with Walco’s modular products. Simply purchase just the equipment you need, not the package a manufacturer wants to sell you. Starting with a feeder stand, cabinet or shelf you choose the size of the inkjet system and drying system and then add a conveyor.	Bump Turns The 240BT Bump Turn provides an inline solution for rotating products 90 degrees from their infeed orientation. This unit is capable of turning a large range of material sizes and thicknesses left or right.	InkJet Systems Walco offers three different Inkjet Base Systems. The compact 24" 240IJ base model will accommodate 1.5"-3" of print. A versatile 35" 350IJ Model will accommodate 1.5"- 4" of print. The 655MB inkjet is a large 65.5" system with integrated Hewlet Packard Inkjet 1.5"- 6" of print and 4000Watt - 8000Watt of Drying on the same base when the flexibility of modular is not needed.
Friction Feeders Walco Systems has created the next progression of feeders for a new era. The Evolution series feeders are engineered to easily feed a wide variety of products therefore eliminating the high costs of purchasing both a shuttle and friction feeder.	Inkjet Drying Systems Quality components featuring durable full frame construction. The upstream product detection provides energy savings and extends transport component life.	Vacuum Transports Vacuum transport bases are offered in three standard sizes 24", 35" and 65.5". This versatile commercial transports allow integration with many different types of equipment.
Dryer Transports Vacuum Dryer transport bases are offered in three standard sizes 24", 35" and 65.5". These dryer transports allow integration with many different types of drying equipment.	Conveyors Walco Systems offers commercial conveyors that can be set-up for right angle or straight-away delivery. Conveyors are also offered in a stand alone configuration.
